We can look back on over 25 years of experience in which we have enthusiastically accompanied projects from the idea to the finished solution.
It all started in a "nerdy two-man office" where there were more computers than people. We have long since outgrown this: today we are proud to be agile, in an old building in Karlsruhe and with a team of 25 employees who are all digital inventors.
We have fun at work, admit weaknesses and use them as an opportunity to improve. We value open and respectful interaction, as working together as equals is important to us.

In 1998, “Die Ärzte” often played under a pseudonym in smaller clubs. Of course, these activities were not kept completely secret and so it happened that the later founders and managing directors of eyeworkers, Torsten Koch and Tim Riedel, were able to get tickets for a concert in the Karlsruhe club “Substage”.
However, the concert did not meet the expectations of the two, so they left the Substage earlier than planned. The evening then continued in a nearby Irish pub, the “Old Dublin”. That evening, the idea of founding a company was born. At this point, many thanks to “Die Ärzte” - who knows where the journey would have gone without you...
